Haircare brand CURLS is taking its hair slay to the runway with its CURLS On The Runway Charity Fashion Show on December 7. Hosted by LeToya Luckett and CURLS founder Mahisha Dellinger, the inaugural event is set to be Dallas’ premier celebration of Black hair, fashion, and philanthropy.
Models will stomp the runway draped in looks from Black-owned fashion houses while showcasing textured creations using the brand’s all-natural haircare lines. Featured designers include Don Morphy, Esé Azénabor, Neo Bantu, J. Bolin, Mory Jay, Amy Hampton, and Toni Grant.
The event will also help raise awareness of domestic and connect area Black entrepreneurs. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Women Called Moses Coalition and Outreach Inc, a nonprofit in South Dallas aiding and rescuing women and children from domestic abuse.
General admission includes access to CURLS On The Runway art installment, gift bag. VIP admission also includes free valet parking pass and meet and greet with Letoya Luckett.
Food, drinks, and cocktails will be available for purchase.
