Her dress, a floral Giambattista Valli gown picked out by stylist Jason Bolden, deserved its own fashion drama award. The gown featured embellished detailing and a short tiered skirt paired with a flowing train  giving a unique hi-low effect.

The dress also served as inspiration for her hair and face beat courtesy of her go-to glam team hairstylist Tym Wallace and makeup by Ashunta Sheriff, with brows by Damone Roberts.

“My inspiration came from a whimsical fairytale which had a lot to do with the dress,” shared Tym, who created a face-framing style with soft curls and a messy low braid.

To get the look, he diffused and set the natural texture with Suave Professionals Captivating Curls Mouse Cream and FHI Heat Platform Nano Salon Pro 2000 blow dryer.

For a more defined curl pattern, he took random sections and wrapped the hair around a 3/4″ FHI Heat professional curling iron.  To finish off the look, Tym created a low, loose braid which he teased out to play up texture.

Ashunta complemented the look with a mauve nude lip and cheeks paired with deep lined eyes and fluttery lashes.
