Cosmoprof North America has expanded its award-winning cosmetics and beauty exhibition with a special twist for beauty brands looking to take their business to the next level. This year’s event, which takes place July 29-31, will now feature a new program, BEAUTY PITCH ANGELS 2018, to connect brands with private equity and venture capitalists interested in investing money in beauty innovations.
The new program is open to qualified Professional Beauty Association members, Cosmoprof exhibitors and existing beauty companies with at least one original product and $500k in revenue. In what seems like beauty-focused version of Shark Tank, select applicants will be invited to deliver a live 15-minute closed-door pitch, inclusive of their business and distribution models, sales and market opportunities and intended use of funds.

The BEAUTY PITCH ANGELS event takes place Sunday, July 29 at NOON. It will kick-off with a roundtable discussion hosted by FORBES Magazine followed up by investment pitches, from 1pm – 5pm.
