Pat McGrath has just made our beauty lives with the launch of two new mini eyeshadow palettes that we can actually afford. Seriously, her original Mothership Eyeshadow Palette had us making budget deals (like no lunch for a week) in order to cop the $125 — and totally worth it – luxe shades. Sensing our dismay at not being able to own all of the palettes, she has just launched two new mini eyeshadow palettes at less than half the price. We can now indulge in the fantasy of being draped in color magic created by the Mother of makeup without completely breaking the bank.
Dubbed MTHRSHP, the two new offerings include Subliminal: Platinum Bronze featuring a metallic mix of bronzes, taupes and plums and Subversive: La Vie En Rose with an assortment of dramatic pinks, plums and golds for night time slay. A third one, Sublime: Bronze Ambition hits stores March 9 and features a smoldering mix of coppers, charcoals, golds and champagnes.
With six shades in each set, Pat calls them “compact couture” as the decadent pans still offer the one-swipe richness she is known for paired with lightweight travel-ready packaging to slay on the go. The new launch also includes a velvety 24-hour waterproof Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner with a Flexi-Art tip that lets you go from ultra fine to super thick with the flick of a wrist.
Each palette clocks in at $55 each, with the liner retailing for $28. The Subliminal: Platinum Bronze and Subversive: La Vie En Rose palettes and the liner went on sale today at 12PM EST, with Sublime: Bronze Ambition slated for a 12PM EST release on Friday.
