Makeup artist and legend Pat McGrath continues to break new ground in beauty. After sending beauty lovers into a tizzy with the launch of her limited LiquiLUST 007 Liquid Matte Lipstick collection this morning (it’s not too late to grab a kit), the trailblazer is now taking her beauty game to Spotify with a revolutionary new partnership.
Pat has teamed up with music label 300 Entertainment’s rising pop star Maggie Lindemann to release the streaming giant’s first-ever retail beauty collaboration. The partnership will exclusive release three LiquiLUST 007 shades on Lindemann’s personal Spotify page.
“Beauty, fashion, and music have been intrinsically linked since the 1960s. In this digitally-empowered, digital era of make-up, where fans crave instant glamour gratification, I always want to reach fans where they’re most engaged,” said Pat in a statement. “That’s why this relationship with Spotify is absolutely major, because it merges beauty and music in a whole new way, that’s never been done before. I’m thrilled to see it finally come to life.”
The beauty offerings include a trio of matte and shimmering hues — Obsessed, Revelation Red and Nightshade — along with a selection of products from her must-have Unlimited Edition. The launch coincides with Maggie’s new single Obsessed, with the 19-year-old rocking the new liquid lipsticks, along with pigments from Mothership III: Subversive eyeshadow palette and PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil.
