The mogul teamed with Unilever celeb hairstylist Ursula Stephen for the night to create a glam side swept ‘do. The back-grazing look was the perfect complement to her off the shoulder gown and drop earrings.  “I knew pulling back one side of her hair would work well with the dress because it has the right amount of attitude,” said Ursula.

Ursula also shared how to get the killer look. “The key here,” she said, ” is to start with clean hair.” First, she washed and conditioned her hair and applied a small amount of Suave Professionals Avocado + Olive Oil Smoothing Leave-In Conditioning Cream before blow drying.

Once completely dry, she took a flat iron and passed it through small one-inch sections of the hair and parted it down the side, combed back and secured with an elastic and bobby pins. To finish, she went back over the loose hair with the flat iron, pulling pieces forward to frame the face.

Ursula also recommended spraying an anti-humidity hairspray (try this one by Suave Professionals) throughout the hair to snuff out any frizz.
