Michelle Obama is reminding us just how much we love her in her latest cover for Vogue. The first lady stuns in her third and final spread as FLOTUS for the cover draped in a flowiy Carolina Herrera gown with bouncy waves styled by Johnny Wright and flawless face beat by Carl Ray.
Inside, we get one last look into the First Lady’s daily routine, how she defined her role over the past years and what she’s doing to prepare for her departure.
Her husband, President Obama, also shared heartwarming sentiments about his wife for the article:
“Michelle never asked to be First Lady,” President Obama. “Like a lot of political spouses, the role was thrust upon her. But I always knew she’d be incredible at it, and put her own unique stamp on the job. That’s because who you see is who she is—the brilliant, funny, generous woman who, for whatever reason, agreed to marry me. I think people gravitate to her because they see themselves in her—a dedicated mom, a good friend, and someone who’s not afraid to poke a little fun at herself from time to time.”
