How do you stay in such great shape?
Trust me, I eat! I have a pretty horrible diet. I love pasta and sweets, so I have to work out. Working out has been my personal fountain of youth. I ran track since I was 12, and luckily, have some good muscle memory. I go hard in the gym and run a lot. You can catch me at Kenneth Hahn Park in LA, running hills with my trainer Erich Nall. What are some of your top beauty tips?
I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to moisturize your skin. I do it every time I wash my face. I also drink tons of water these days. I eat lots of spinach and tomatoes, which are high in antioxidants. Also, staying happy keeps you young. If I have a craving for something, I don’t deprive myself. I just try to keep it in moderation.
What are some hairstyles that you would wear on these occasions: a film premiere, date night, a business meeting, and a night out with the girls?
For a premiere, it depends on the dress. Usually long, loose curls or an updo. A business meeting, I’d like a low ponytail, and for a night out with the girls, it can be a high wavy ponytail or straight hair parted in the middle. Or my usual waves. It depends on my mood.
