TIP 2: Exercise!
We all have experienced that glow that comes after a good work out session but, the benefits of exercise extend beyond the immediate exercise period. Research shows that consistent exercise may help to reverse the aging of the skin. One small study looking at people between the ages of 20 to 85 noted that those over 40 who exercised regularly had skin qualities of those at least 10 years younger. So, pick your favorite activity and get moving.
