Stevie J is not here for the lace fronts and HD makeup the stars of Love & Hip Hop Miami are rocking these days. The reality TV star and music producer took to Twitter Tuesday telling them to fire their glam squads.

The VH1 show’s season 3 cast includes hip hop vet Trina, along with Shay Johnson, Miami Tip, Amara La Negra and Stevie’s ex Joseline Hernandez who all rock an array of colorful and creative looks.

When news hit The Shade Room, the post went viral with mixed responses. Many told him to stay out of women’s business.

Others asked where is the lie?

Of those completely not here for it was fellow castmember Trick Daddy, who called Stevie a “girl dog” and threatened to put hands on anyone who came for the ladies on the show.

Or, it might just be that Stevie was really trying to throw shade on Joseline.

Stevie responded in a separate video that he “said what he said in hopes to get the attention of the executives who are handling the hair and makeup for our beautiful Latina and Black women — and men for that matter.”
