It turns out that sparkling Thom Browne sequinned gown took nearly a dozen people 800 hours to create. Styled up by Jason Bolden, the look featuring tuxedo sequined tailoring with a mermaid gown with matching mule heels and clutch.

Keeping with the icy theme, she also rocked $3 million worth of Bulgari jewels to ice up her vintage slay for the night.

“Today I feel beautiful,” shared Cynthia on Instagram. “I hope you know you’re beautiful too!”

Of course, having this kind of glam doesn’t hurt! Slay on, sis!
