Celebrity makeup artist, esthetician, beauty editor, and educator Tie Cooper recently hosted her annual HiBeauTea Party at the Swan Coach House in Atlanta, Ga.
The intimate event was fashioned a high tea party and scholarship fundraiser to help aspiring beauty professionals pay for their education.
The 2019 scholarship recipients were aspiring makeup artist Kaylon Love and Ariuna Dorsey, who is seeking a cosmetology license.
A panel of beauty experts and influencers were also in attendance to educate and inspire the exclusive group of attendees. The esteemed panel included Tahira Joy, co-founder of The Cut Life Show; Teneya Gholston, senior director of marketing, Creme of Nature; Anita Bohannon, CEO of Bovanti Cosmetics; Jessica De Vault Hale, editor-in-chief, Hype Hair and OTC Beauty Magazine; Recondius O’Brien, master hairstylist and global educator; Tahirah Carter, hairstylist and beauty influencer; and Jason Locust “Jay Gats”– founder of the Cashmere Society.
