Meet Singer/Songwriter Zach Matari!

This up and coming singer/songwriter is passionate about music and has a deep appreciation for all genres...

An old soul is the last thing that you would expect to find in singer/songwriter, Zach Matari, but all it takes is one listen to realize that he is just that... an old soul. According to this New Jersey based up and coming singer, good music is one of life's greatest blessings. I've been passionate about music since I was able to talk and I have a deep appreciation for all genres. Music is my life expressed through songs, says Zach. At 17, Zach has been fortunate enough to be able to perform at such famous venues as The Stone Pony in Asbury Park, New Jersey and The Bitter End in New York City. Zach's band, Valhalla, has won several competitions and were recently showcased in the Bamboozle Music Festival at the Meadowlands Stadium in New Jersey. Outside of his band, Zach is hard at work on his own solo project, which consists of R&B and pop originals, with inspiration from such artists as Maroon 5, Justin Timberlake and Marvin Gaye. Zack recently recorded his debut single, What You Are to Me, and the single is soon to be followed by the world premiere of the video for the song. With guidance from Grammy-nominated record producer, Jerry Wonder Duplessis and well-known music publicist, Yvette Noel-Schure of Schure Media, Zach is scheduled to release his first full length debut album in late 2012. Their hot reality show, Braxton Family Values, chronicles the lives and times of the beautiful Toni, Traci, Towanda, Trina and Tamar. The Braxton sisters were all truly blessed with the gift of song and started out as a quintet managed by their mother, Evelyn, but it wasnt until sister Toni hit it big as a solo artist that the family name became a household one. On the show, we get to see how each of the ladies adjusted to life in the spotlight and how theyve managed to stick together through all of the ups and downs over the years. Though we witness lots of drama in each episode, theres also a healthy dose of love, and it is very plain to see that its the family bond that keeps them together, no matter what. Viewers are in for a real treat with this season of Braxton Family Values. Check out these fabulous ladies on the WE network!

For Better or Worse Ladies Style It Up!

Tyler Perrys new sitcom, For Better or Worse, the Why Did I Get Married? spinoff, brings all the trials from the movie and the laughs too! We caught up with some of the lady cast members to get the scoop on their hair and beauty 411! Though we never know which hairstyle our girl Tasha will be rocking next, were never disappointed. Her do always brings the heat along with that spicy personality. When asked how she maintains her hair, she said, I dont have time to be dealing with my own hair all the time, okay! So, Im going to say either a wonderful wig or a wonderful weave (laughs). When it comes to preference, she let us know that, Honey, Im an old fashion sew-in girl. Im not into gluing hair. Here, Tasha is styled like her character Angela, who ironically happens to be a hairstylist, in a conservative mid-length cut with maxed volume and feathered ends. Reminding us of vintage Hollywood, we love the blended layers and off-center part, which add a new element of sophistication. Stewart, who also happens to be Miss USA 2008, plays Leslie. Leslie is the nice girl who brings balance to Angelas sometimes overwhelming outspokenness. Crystle told us that Beverly Johnson was her favorite beauty icon because she doesnt look a day over 30. She is a successful entrepreneur, a caring mother and just a beautiful woman inside and out. Her favorite hair products are Joico K-Pak Shampoo and Conditioner, Infusium23 Leave In Treatment, Biosilk Silk Therapy, CHI Flex Hold Hair Spray and CHI flat irons. Kiki Haynes plays Keshia, and like Angela and Leslie, her style sense is indeed fabulous. It is no surprise that her beauty icons are Beyonc and J.Lo. She says, Theyre both fierce women who can either play it up or down. The naturally curly actress tells us that her six hair must-haves are Motions Lavish Conditioning Shampoo and CPR Conditioner, Frizz-Ease Secret Weapon Flawless Finishing Creme, Biosilk Silk Therapy, Motions Light Hold Working Spritz and Motions Oil Sheen & Conditioning Spray.
