Show Stopper Summer Johnson has the Midas touch...

Show Stopper Summer Johnson has the Midas touch when it comes to making long, thick hair look luscious and manageable. Merebs natural hair was first shampooed and conditioned using Cream of Nature Shampoo, followed by Humectress by Nexxus Conditioner, the ultimate moisturizing conditioner. Summer let the conditioner sit for five minutes to penetrate the hair thoroughly. Next, the conditioner was rinsed out and the hair towel-dried. The hair was then sectioned in four parts and blown dry and straight. The hair was sectioned for a second time and flat-ironed using a Chi Ceramic Flat Iron. The ends were clipped to eliminate split and damaged ends. The hair was then sprayed with Pro Silk Shine On to enhance its natural shine. The hair was sectioned for the final time and curled tightly with the Chi iron. Summer used pin-curl clips to hold the curls in place and let them sit in the hair for about 10 minutes to set the curl. Once the curls were set, the pins were removed and the hair was delicately fingered through. Summer sprayed the hair lightly with Elasta QP Reflect and touched up any loose curls with the Chi iron. For an alternate look, Summer sectioned off bangs in the front and pulled the rest of the hair into a tight ponytail. For your own finishing touches use a little bit of Elasta QP to make the edges shinny and smooth.
