Khadidiatou wore her hair’s natural texture all her life and was looking for a soft and sassy style to fit her everyday lifestyle. Hairstylist Anytra Small suggested a chemical process to create this look.
After basing the hairline for protection from the chemical process, Anytra applied Designer Touch No-Lye Relaxer to the entire head, beginning at the nape and working her way throughout the head with a rat-tail comb to strengthen the straightening process on Khadidiatou’s virgin hair.
Next, the hair was rinsed with warm water and shampooed with Designer Touch Neutralizer Shampoo. This product removes all relaxer from the hair and restores its pH balance. Anytra applied Designer Touch Deep Fusion Conditioner to the hair, covered it with a plastic cap and set Khadidiatou under the dryer for 10 minutes.
Next, the hair was rinsed with warm water and set with Designer Touch Wrap-n-Foam Lotion. Khadidiatou was placed under the dryer for 25 minutes, until the hair was completely dry. Anytra cut Khadidiatou’s hair in a 45-degree angle along the side and back, leaving hair on top to be curled or spiked. Anytra used curling wax and a small C-iron to give the hair a soft look. To create the spike on top, Anytra applied Isoplus Soft Spritz and finger-combed the hair upwards. For a more edgy look, Anytra applied curling wax to the tips of the hair and finished off with an application of Designer Touch Oil Sheen.
For a look fit for the office, use a small C-iron to bump the hair going downward and toward the face. Finish off with a bit of Designer Touch Oil Sheen.

Hello, I am a huge fan of HypeHair Magazine! I am badly in need of some hair care tips. I recently suffered from Liver Failure and my hair, nails, and teeth suffered horribly. I am in the process of getting everything back on track but my hair is still falling out. I am looking for a cute Bob style or anything to keep my hair down long enough that I dont have to keep combing it out. It needs to grow back and its tying to grow back but I am not helping by constantly combing it. I really love weave styles but the glue reaks havoc on my head! I just want to look pretty again or at least feel pretty. I am only 32 and I feel like I am 50 years old please help!
Thank You
