The 2018 Met Gala brought out some of the most opulent and over-the-top looks we have ever seen at the event. Tops on that list was Cardi B who wowed in a show-stopping ornate Moschino gown and matching headpiece. She was bejeweled from head-to-to in the custom look embroidered with pearls and stones.

The Bodak Yellow star’s paired the look with a bronzed shadow and cat eye which was equally matched with voluminous textured look created by her new go-to stylist Tokyo Stylez. Tokyo revealed that he used a whopping six bundles of textured 24-inch extensions from Hair So Fab’s Luxury Collection Passion Wave collection.

To get the look, Tokyo spritzed the installed hair with warm water to re-activate texture, then prepped with heat protectant. To achieve the hair’s height and volume, Tokyo blew out the hair with a $500 Dyson Supersonic blow dryer (yes, it really cost that much) on medium heat, brushing hair from bottom to the top with a vented brush. For even more volume, he said he gently teased the hair using fingers.

With this look, the bigger the better, so instead of spritzing down with holding spray, Tokyo finished off the look with mist of argan oil and let her hair shine.

But nothing compared to the beauty’s pregnancy glow! She owned every single piece of her look — including the beaded choker, gloves and strategically placed train — while strutting through with red carpet date Jeremy Scott
