Cucumbers Over Eyes
Cucumbers are another tried-and-true method for relieving eye puffiness. The vegetable’s ascorbic and caffeine acids are known to bring down water retention in your eyes to reduce swelling.
Cut up a few slices of a cool cucumber and place a slice over each eye. Leave the slices on for at least 30 minutes. Apply the treatment 2-3 times a week for optimum results.
