Black or Green Tea Bags
Caffeinated tea works wonders for your eyes. Plus, its natural tannins — the substance responsible for the tea’s flavor and color — also help to stimulate blood circulation and tightensthe skin to relieve the puffiness.
Soak two tea bags in a cup of hot water three to five minutes. Squeeze out the excess liquid and apply the now warm tea bags over your eyes until they start to feel cool.
You can also place the tea bags in the refrigerator to get a nice chill. Apply the cool tea bags under your eyes for 15 minutes. Use this method at least three times a week for best results.
