Papaya, Yogurt & Olive Oil Mask

Benefits: Papaya is a super fruit filled with antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients like Vitamin C, magnesium and potassium that work wonders on your hair. This fruit nourishes you hair shaft and adds shine and bounce to your hair. Yogurt is a great source of protein and lactic acids that help to promote hair growth and cleansing the scalp. Olive oil restores moisture and when included in a mask helps to strengthen your tresses.

1 papaya
2 tablespoons of yogurt
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Add chopped up pieces of papaya into a blender along with the yogurt and olive oil. Blend until smooth. Apply the mask to your hair and cover with a plastic cap or bag for 30-45 minutes.  Rinse out and style as usual.
