Revlon’s Lottabody has expanded its signature collection of coconut and shea oil-infused styling products with two new products. The brand, known for its setting lotion, just introduced a  FORTIFY ME Strengthening Leave-In Conditioner and TWIST ME Curl Styling Pudding as part of its move to provide more options for multi-textured hair. Its lineup now includes a total of 13 hair care products geared toward helping grow, retain and maintain healthy hair.

“With 71% of African-American adults in the U.S. wearing a natural hair style at least once in 2016, according to research firm Mintel, multi-textured hair is the ‘new’ black,” said Pat Williams, Master Educator at Lottabody’s parent company Revlon Multicultural. “Because of the uniqueness of natural hair, loose waves to tightly coiled curl patterns, natural hair care products must address the needs of this hair to prevent dryness, aid in styling versatility and promote healthy hair.”

The FORTIFY ME Strengthening Leave-In Conditioner ($4.49) is made with a two-phase “shake-to-activate” system of hair oils and moisturizers that doubles as a heat protectant while helping to strengthen and condition hair.

Billed as a “hair treat”, the cream-based TWIST ME Curl Styling Pudding ($5.99) is designed to nourish and define natural hair textures without the crunch or flaking. It is made with natural ingredients and free of petrolatum, mineral oils and sulfates.

Both are now available in beauty and barber supply stores nationwide. For more information on where to purchase, visit lottabody.com.
