No matter what trends hit the runways, short cuts will always have a moment in the spotlight. From pixies and asymmetrical bobs to shaved and etched, the Short Hair Don’t Care Tour is celebrating all those slay worthy moments.

Beauty pros, enthusiasts and influencers gathered last month (Sept. 23) to get into Boston’s hottest hair trends and styles of the season. Models stomped the catwalk in bold cuts and bright hues crafted by local salons while rocking statement-making fashions by Sofistafunk Skirt Co.

Presented by Enjoi Lux, the Boston stop was the second in a series of events around the country hosted by Tahira Joy, The Cut Life co-founder.

“I’m honored to work with the Enjoi Lux team on the Short Hair Don’t Care tour!,” said Tahira. “These events help us to combine our platforms that encourage women to be their unique selves and to help each other get to the next level,” said Tahira.

The event also featured booths by such partners and vendors as Mielle Organics, where attendees scooped up the natural beauty brand’s tools to recreate the runway looks, and stylist booking platform BeautyLynk, which showed how hair and beauty professionals can utilize their service to increase revenues.

“We love seeing our vision of merging hair & fashion unfold in a way that creates a platform offering a unique experience where brand partners, customers & influencers can interact and learn from each other,” said Enjoi Lux co-founders Alaina Reid and Deborah Polidore.
