Misty Copeland has recently added a new book to her already impressive resume. The history-making ballerina has released a new book Ballerina Body: Dancing and Eating Your Way to a Leaner, Stronger, and More Graceful You sharing her food and fitness regimen for a healthy body.

Even before making history as the first Black principal dancer with the American Ballet Theatre, she has worked to empower young girls and women and help promoted body positive image, helping re-shape standards. The book takes her efforts one step further, sharing everything from her journal excerpts and meal plans to workout routines and words of inspiration to help women get in their best personal shape.
