The Don’t Touch My Hair singer captivated with a sleek center-parted back bun accessorized with a series of silver metal snap clips while draped in a metallic geometric silver pantsuit by cult label Off White. Her eclectic, cool girl sensibilities make her one of those rare fashionistas who can effortlessly turn daring and avant garde into high fashion.

The snap clips are a definite nod to her duckbill clipped hair from her album cover for A Seat At The Table that went viral. Whether strategic or effortless, we love how these small accents are turning into major moments that are impacting what we deem beautiful and acceptable in the hair world – and on black hair, in particular.

Another #blackgirlmagic moment for the books!
