Baking Soda Soak

This homemade recipe is great for those who suffer from smelly feet. Baking soda has antibacterial properties, prevent infections and help reduce perspiration from the bottom of the feet. The rice water will help with circulation.

What You’ll Need:
A large bowl or tub that you can fill with water
½ cup rice
Water
3 tablespoons of baking soda
10 drops tea tree oil

Directions:
Boil the rice in enough water that you have 2-3 cups of rice water left over
Add the baking soda and the tea tree oil
Allow the water to cool a bit and soak feet for 10 -15 minutes
Remove your feet, pat dry and moisturize


For added benefits, add your favorite essential oil.
