Rihanna is reigning supreme on yet another Vogue cover. The style chameleon stuns on the April 2016 cover in an abstract multi-colored sequinned dress and wet look hair. Her slicked back tresses have just a hint of edge with the long, choppy waved ends styled by her go-to Yusef Hughes.
Inside, Rihanna trades in her usual dramatic flare for softer, more intimate looks with a nude face and minimal accessories. The accompanying cover story is just as revealing with Rihanna finally speaking on her long-rumored feud with Beyoncé, why she’s still single and, of course, her beauty inspirations.
“All my favorite artists and fashion icons and models are from the nineties,” said Rihanna in the interview — citing fellow glamazons Naomi Campbell and Cindy Crawford, as well as Mary J. Blige, Lil’ Kim, Gwen Stefani, Jean Paul Gaultier, and John Galliano. “Everybody was just so fearless.”
