Detoxes don’t always have to be a crazy concoction of juice that taste indigestible, a diet that leaves you starving or a ridiculous routine that will never truly fit your lifestyle.
For me, detoxing is all about finding a way to make myself feel better from the inside out, and of course, seeing the results. In an effort to lie a healthier lifestyle and drop a few pounds before summer hits, I’ve incorporated some simple ways of detoxing my body that many of you have heard of but maybe didn’t know of all of its benefits — detoxing being the main key.
