Rihanna’s list of accolades and creative titles are endless. Not only is she an award-winning singer and fashion darling, she’s also creative director for Puma, CFDA’s 2014 fashion icon, the face of Dior and the list goes on. The Bajan sensation has just added another notch on her list. She is now head of Fr8me, a Los Angeles-based beauty agency in collaboration with managing partner Benoit Demouy, formerly of the agency Tracey Mattingly.
The duo now assists fashion stylists, hair and makeup artists with booking editorial shoots, red carpet appearances, ad campaigns and commercials.
“Hair, makeup and styling play an important role in creativity,” RiRi told the Hollywood Reporter. “I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do.”
The already impressive roster, including Rihanna’s personal makeup artist Mylah Morales, wardrobe stylist Jason Bolden (Taraji P. Henson) and hairstylists Patricia Morales and Marcia Hamilton (Jada Pinkett Smith).
So, all of you MUA and hair slayers, spruce up your Instagram account because the bad gal is known for heading to IG for fresh talent to take under her wing.
She added, “We are lucky enough to have some of the best artists at Fr8me,” said Rihanna, “but I also have a soft spot for finding new talent with extraordinary skills!”
