Zoë Kravitz looks effortlessly beautiful on the cover of C Magazine‘s October issue. The 26-year-old starlet has made a name for herself on both the screen and stage, following in the footsteps of her parents, actress Lisa Bonet and rocker Lenny Kravitz. In 2015 alone, she has starred in Dope, Insurgent and Mad Max: Fury Road. Kravitz is also the leading lady of her band Lolawolf, singing alongside her boyfriend, keyboardist James Levy.
In her the cover story interview the actress talks about her parents, career and the story about her signature waist-long braids:
“I originally did them as a joke, like an ode to the ’90s. They aren’t some symbolic thing, but it still feels important, I think, to be a brown girl with natural hair. You see blond girls with the same hair in every movie.”
For the spread, Kravitz dazzled in trendy Dior pieces, with hair styled by Sascha Breuer. Click through to see photos of her spread shot by Daniel Jackson.
