Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve seen, or at least heard, about the crazy, Quentin Tarantino-inspired visuals to Rihanna’s “B*tch Better Have My Money”. The pop diva first set social media ablaze when she teased a snippet during last weekend’s BET Awards and then sent her entire #RihannaNavy in a frenzy with its July 2 midnight release.
While we won’t spoil the storyline for the one or two of you have not yet seen the video (what are you waiting for?!), we definitely wanted to shout out the beauty team who paid attention to every last detail in Rihanna-directed short film. Seriously, the execution on the makeup, hair, wardrobe and even the decal on her nails were flawless.
Pret-a-Reporter snagged an interview with makeup artist Ozzy Salvetierra, who shared beauty tricks from the four-day shoot, which also featured the talents of RiRi’ longtime hair stylist Yusef Williams and manicurist Kimmie Kyees.

Yusef gave her a beautiful red-colored modern shag and changed it up — for one look it was little buns and another down, wrapped in a bandana.
The attention to detail was amazing. Her eye is so amazing, and she really knows what she likes. She’s so much fun — you feel like you’re working with her, not for her. It’s a collaboration
