Is it safe to say our society is a little obsessed with vitamins? Packages of our favorite foods are loaded with language that suggest massive amounts of vitamins can be found within. This is not a bad thing!
We can all agree that there are far worse things to obsess about. But could our obsession lead to us intaking more vitamins than we actually need? Is that even possible? Could it harm us?
